We charge a transport fee for destinations that are 20km or further away from us in Pretoria East. The amounts are very minimal and are charged once off and NOT per chip. Should there be toll gates on the journey, this cost will be added to final amount charged.

We sell Perspex / Metal tags for collars that are pre-engraved with “I am chipped”. Subject to availability. We cannot engrave any other info.

We sell Pet Emergency First Aid books to assist families in dire situations, giving the family time to get the pet to the vet.

PAYMENT: For safety reasons we do not accept cash. We can accept Visa and MasterCard credit, debit and cheque cards. EFT is needed 72 hours prior to appointment date or FNB Direct EFT payment / FNB Geo Payment on the day.
